Adding Text and Image on System Properties

Adding Text and Image on the System Properties. To view the specifications or information computer system, we can open the System Properties menu by clicking on [START] [Control Panel]>> [System]. Or it could be through [Start]>> [My Computer]>> right click and select [Properties]. By default, the System Properties window in the "General" tab, you'll see information about the system and processor specifications are also available on our computer. Well, if you want, we can insert or add text or image on the display system properties. If interested, please follow these common tips .

The steps are as follows.

First, open Notepad and type as below.

[Support Information]

Line1 = type in the desired info here

Line2 = type in the desired info here

Line3 = type in the desired info here

Line4 = type in the desired info here

Line5 = type in the desired info here

[general]

Manufacturer = Created BY DARTICLES

model = Yono Model 3.0

Description

* Red text please changed the text or information of each
* Blue text please changed with the words you want


For example as below.

[Support Information]

Line1 = This is

Line2 = Computer

Line3 = private property

Line4 = darticles

Line5 = Indonesia

[general]

Manufacturer = Created By darticles

Model = Model Yono ver 3.1






Second, save the file with the name oeminfo.ini of the directory C \ Windows \ System32

Third, if you want the image appears on the System Properties, we can add the following manner:

* Select an image (*. bmp extension with a resolution reply is not too large) you want from the computer or the Internet.
* Rename the image file into oemlogo (which became oemlogo.bmp) and then copy or save to directory C: \ Windows \ System32.

Fourth, restart your computer.

Fifth, make sure that we have seen changes in the properties display system.
